Ćevapi or Ćevapčići is a variant of kebab known under different names all over the Balkans. It consists of a kind of sausages made of minced beef with delicious seasoning. The dish is extremely popular in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in the Balkans where they are available at restaurants.
In restaurants, they are usually served with onions, avjar sauce (red pepper sauce) or garlic sauce, lettuce, chips, rice or in a pita bread. Taste is the message !
Ćevapčići is sold in 1 kg portions.
